The Horde get Mag'har orcs, a race wanted since vanilla. They get the Zandalari, a race wanted for a very long time also. They get the Nightborne, a race wanted (especially by the alliance) since they were first seen at the announcement of Legion.
The alliance get the Dark Iron dwarves, a race wanted for quite a while, but is literally a reskin. They get the Lightforged which are exactly the same with markings and a little rune. They get the Void Elves, a random, new type of elf that seems like it was rushed in for seemingly no reason or to give the alliance the blood elf model.
